Terms & Conditions
- The EDGE programme applies to all In-house KAMs and Franchise Recruiters actively working under GetWork for FY 2026–27 (April 2026 – March 2027).
- Performance is reviewed on a quarterly basis. Milestone rewards unlock only on achieving the qualifying credit target consistently for the specified consecutive months (3, 6, or 9 months).
- Fast Track Allowance earned under EDGE is treated as a permanent increment and added as a fixed bonus component of the recruiter's CTC. This is non-reversible once awarded at each milestone. This is a permanent increment as a fixed bonus part — awarded quarterly and carried forward.
- All benefits are cumulative. Higher milestone rewards include all prior milestone benefits.
- Credit classification (Flat / Mid band / Senior band) is based on the candidate CTC recorded in the Hired Sheet and invoiced.
- In case of candidate backout or exit before 90-day maturity at the client side, the joining credit and associated incentive are withheld or reversed in the following month's calculation.
- Franchise recruiters are eligible under the same credit and milestone structure. Payout attribution follows the standard franchise split policy (70% franchise / 30% in-house KAM).
- GetWork reserves the right to review and revise credit thresholds at the start of each new financial year. Mid-year revisions, if any, are communicated with 30 days' advance notice.
- Any disputes related to credit classification or milestone eligibility must be raised within 15 days of the relevant month's payout cycle. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.
- Participation is voluntary. However, once a recruiter qualifies for a milestone, the associated Fast Track Allowance is processed automatically in the following payroll cycle.
